Easton Place accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
We only collect sales tax for Connecticut orders. Current CT sales tax is 6.35%
We want you to be as thrilled with your purchases as we are to create them for you. If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us to discuss replacement. If you have provided us with misinformation (e.g. spelling of a name, incorrect address etc.) we can not take returns on the product. Please keep in mind computer monitors display colors differently from one make/model to the next. Calibration also effects color appearance. A printed color can sometimes come out quite differently than what you might have viewed on your monitor. If color match is critical, please contact us to discuss ordering printed samples before placing your full order. We do not offer returns on custom printed items based on color dissatisfaction.
Shipping costs are based on total amount spent. orders are shipped using either USPS or FedEx.
We are not offering printed catalogs at this time.
Easton Place provides tracking via USPS or FedEx. Easton Place is not responsible for packages lost during transit or delivered to an incorrect address.
If you would like a digital proof of a personalized item, please let us know upon check-out. We will be happy to send you one before filling your order.

Q: "I really like the design found on your greeting card. Can I have it printed as a stationery design?" A: Yes, you can! For a $5.00 service fee, any design found on any product can be modified and printed on any product sold in the shop!
Q: "Can I have rush processing and shipping?" A: Many of our items can be rush processed and shipped. Please email us your request and we will let you know your options and any additional costs for shipping and processing.
Q: "Can you create a custom invitation suite for my wedding / event? If so what is the cost?" A: Yes! We love creating custom invitations, stationery and other fine paper lovelies for our clients. There is a $250 service fee for all custom designs if you want that design to be exclusive. Otherwise the design fee is $150 for a custom design that might then be added to the Easton Place line up. If you're interested in speaking with our designer, email us with your request and short detail of the event.
Q: "I love your product photos. Do you offer product photography for other businesses?" A: Thank you! Yes we do offer product photography. Email us for detials and costs.
Q: "How long will it take to fill my order?" A: We process and ship orders within 7-14 business days. Often orders are shipped sooner.
